The room facing the mountain view is quiet. The staff are always smiling and an ala-carte breakfast was arranged for us on our 2nd day. They also checked whether we need any tour or transport upon. It was very nice.

The owner was super helpful and informative. Though there is no lift, our big luggage were carried up and down on our arrival and departure.

great location in Sapa, room was clean and bed was comfortable. balcony gave us a great mountain view. staff very friendly and helpful. breakfast was also good
